When is shipping free?
Orders of €59 or more ship free. Below that, shipping costs are shown transparently in the cart. We ship within Germany.
Can I pick up my order in Hannover?
Yes. Choose “Local pickup” during checkout – then there are no shipping costs and you collect your order from us in Hannover as soon as it is ready.
Do I have to be of legal age to order?
Yes. Selling e-cigarettes, liquids and tobacco products is legally permitted only to persons aged 18 and over. Age verification takes place during ordering.
Which payment methods do you offer?
Credit card, Apple Pay & Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA direct debit, PayPal and prepayment by bank transfer. You will see the available options at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–3 working days within Germany after payment is received. For prepayment we ship as soon as your bank transfer reaches us.
Can I return items or withdraw from the purchase?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For hygiene and youth-protection reasons, opened or unsealed products (e.g. liquids) may be excluded from withdrawal. The details are in our right-of-withdrawal notice.
Do the liquids contain nicotine?
That depends on the product. The exact nicotine strength is stated on every product page – there are also nicotine-free variants.
